Organic Mom's kitchen Shinko-Q

We stumbled upon this restaurant accidentally and it caught our eye because we don’t eat meat. We got served immediately. Waitress was very nice and friendly. Food quality was great, everything fresh and delicious. Portions were a bit small but satisfying. Although a bit pricey, it’s worth a visit.

Great vegetarian set menu, very friendly service

Nice food selection. Desserts were great. Over priced compared to everywhere else around it we went to.I highly recommend getting mum to come out of the kitchen and say thank you. Almost makes it worth the extra.

Decent presentation and taste good^^

Our hotel suggested this restaurant and we had seen it from the street and thought it sounded good. We pre ordered our meals from our hotel so as we arrived there was not too long a wait. We were warmly greeted on arrival and found the setting cosy. We also ordered saki tasting platter (3 types of saki) which the host suggested to share between 2 people. This was a good decision as it was large servings! We ordered the fish meal, the chicken meal and 2 kids meals. They were all delicious and the corn soup was particularly yummy. The presentation was lovely on unique hand crafted plates. The care and pride of the host was evident and we really enjoyed this restaurant.

It was a dish that took time and effort such as stewed dishes. It took a while to take a bit of time on that day, but it took more time to eat than expected. The taste was superb!

Tasty food but quite extensive.

Pleasant service, and nice cosy restaurant. The food is overpriced for what you get in comparison with other restaurants in the area. Ie not impressed with taste/potion size.But overall a nice experience.

The food is absolutely worth the price and the wait, if any. The veggie plate comes with very nice tofu, spiced with red pepper. The cheese cake comes with peach compote from peaches they harvest in the summer. You don't get that at the ramen shop around the corner...A set for 2500Â¥ includes soup, salad, main, and rice and is entirely reasonable. The key here is to appreciate the quality and provenance of the food. Saying "tofu" is like saying "wine" - each region has their own style and quality varies a lot. This is not the "silken" stuff from your neighborhood Chinese shop.Service is very friendly and they take credit card. Note: for the full course you have to reserve a day ahead. However, the "set" you can have anytime.I like that places in Japan are mostly owner operated. They care about their food and their customers unlike the stoned teenagers at the average US restaurant...

Delicious! Very good vegan menu

Home style cooking, a good balance of meat and veggies menu. The ladies server and owner are always friendly and speak good English.

Pricey compared to other options in town. Nice presentation, but not convinced that the food quality is any different from the cheaper alternatives available. Some of the sauce combinations were a bit weird for me - mackerel with tomato sauce, mashed potatoes and cheese?

The food that everything was handmade and took time leaves is delicious!

Despite being the first seated, I was the third to be served. Wait time is long as there are few staff members. Also prices are almost double that of a regular restaurant.

There was a reservation system but there was a course for vegan. We can be satisfied with various elaborate dishes, but it is expensive for everyday use.

There service is really nice. But the foods are really expensive and i can't really tell them they are tasty.

A shop that entered the hot spring area, which is a bit lonesome, probably because it is off season. It seems like you are stuck with everything, and all the food was delicious, but it would be nice to eat a little lightly and drink. I thought it would be better to reduce the small bowl and hold the price a little more because there were a few small bowls, whether it was a premise dish.

Cosy, quaint restaurant, excellent fresh food, vegetarian options, would recommend, but expensive compared to smaller ramen noodle restaurant but worth it for the quality of food.

The food is ok, but the price is too high, please order first when booking! But the serving speed is still very slow.
